Our Mobile Phlebotomy Services Include

 

In Home Blood Draw

A certified phlebotomist would come to your location to collect blood by venipuncture or capillary for laboratory testing.  We  provide pediatric blood collections, BMP, CBC, IRON profile, paternity as well as genetic testing.  We also facilitate urine samples for drug screening, breath/saliva alcohol testing, blood culture, and many more.  We may perform onsite blood pressure, blood sugar, and bleeding time. 

 

Transportation of specimen

When blood, urine, or other specimen are collected from the patient, they are transported in all the required equipment to the major laboratories which include but is not limited to Labcorp, Quest Diagnostics, Bio Reference, etc.  All collected specimen samples from individuals are carefully placed in our state of the art electronic and accuracy tools, we use a specimen bag, then placed them in a sterile container where the specimen is protected and safe.

Following blood Test 

After your blood is drawn, the patient specimen sample will be dropped off at its designated laboratory, processed, and shipped via courier service the same day of service.

How to prepare for your blood test

In order for us to serve you best and to prepare for your blood or specimen collection, follow your doctor's instructions, If your blood testing requires fasting you will need to begin fasting 10 to 12 hours prior to your schedule draw time, unless your doctor has advised otherwise.  During the fasting period, please drink plenty of water to keep hydrated for a smoother draw process.  Some kits may require a limited fluid intake, so please adhere to any preparation direction provided with your kit.

 

Payment for a mobile draw

Fees for our services will vary depending on location and service needed.  Payments are due when scheduling appointments.  We accept all major credit cards.  If you would like a quote, please contact our customer service department at 973-969-1967 or leave an email below with your location and details of required blood draw.

 

Kit Preparation

For kit preparation fil out request form included in your kit and provide any additional paperwork as requested by your kit provider.  Check with your doctor to find out how payment for kit testing should be handled, you may need to provide payment information along with your completed kit.  Follow patient instructions in your kit for fasting and other preparations before blood test.

Lab request forms

When completing request forms, make sure the correct information is entered in order to avoid mistakes.  Entered your personal information as required on your lab form along with a front and back copy of insurance card (or write it directly on lab form).  Note: If you are paying cash for labs, provide information to our customer service representative at the time of scheduling appointment.

When scheduling an appointment

When scheduling an appointment with our customer service representative, make sure to  request the correct or specific laboratory (Labcorp, Quest Diagnostics, Bio Reference etc), a kit  if necessary, or both.  If you must be fasting for your blood please inform the representative, as this will help us to determine an appropriate time to schedule your appointment.  If the particular kit to be drawn is time sensitive, please advise the representative of the time requirement, in order to avoid the need for a redraw.
